At this time, Viso Bello Day Spas of Middlebury and Guilford are currently closed due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic. While aspects of this virus are loosening up in our state, spas and gyms are still to remain closed indefinitely. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RE-OPEN DURING THE PHASE 1 MAY 20, 2020 DATE. We simply continue to ask you to be patient, as right now our support centers are shut down.

FAQs about our temporary closure
When will you start taking reservations?
While the state has allowed hairdressers back to work on May 20, that does not include spas and/or gyms. Once we are given the green light to re-open, we will begin reorganizing our team and once we have schedules established we will start taking reservations. Our clients will be the FIRST to know!
Can I purchase a gift card to use when you reopen?
Gift cards are always available for purchase on our website 24/7. Electronic gift cards are always delivered immediately, of course.
I have a gift card. Will it still be valid when you reopen?
OF COURSE! Our purchased gift cards do not expire.
Do you offer curbside delivery of products?
We do not offer curbside delivery at this time, HOWEVER, IF YOU WOULD LIKE EMINENCE ORGANIC PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME FOR FREE, PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING LINK BELOW:
I ordered products before you closed. When can I get them?
Due to our sudden closing in March, some orders were not fulfilled by our vendors or they still remain at the spa. We assure you, all of those with purchase orders will be fulfilled when we re-open!
I am a VB Member and...
Couple of points to our members. Those who were charged in April while we remained closed, all have this prepaid service as a rollover. Which means, you DO NOT lose the service because we were closed. Viso Bello has always allowed clients to use their unused credits as part of our membership policy. For those who could not take advantage of their March and April services, you have those coming to you when we re-open! ALL Memberships were suspended and no one has been charged for May 2020 or onward until we get the green-light to re-open.

Viso Bello has taken this opportunity to see the positive aspects of this global pandemic! We commend our essential businesses and workers who have remained at the front lines during this very scary time. We commend our employees who are all anxiously awaiting their return back to work! And we commend the very many clients who have reached out and have shown their support to our company during this very difficult time. This time has given us a chance to reflect on our business and make some very positive moves that will make Viso Bello so much better!
